Our vision at Unique Group Homes Services is to continue to thrive in a business that is dedicated to providing quality services to individuals we serve. We desire a system and a society where individuals are accepted without prejudice or negativity for who they are. This in turn will help to create even more life opportunities for those we support. We believe individuals want to be self-empowered and participate in all decisions affecting their welfare at some level. We support any individual who desires to be “their own person” and see no reason why it cannot be a reality for all as we move forward. It is vitally important to continue to promote the individuals’ rights.
Unique Group Homes Services looks to provide well-trained staff to work with the individuals we support. In order to have this accomplished, UGHS will continue to obtain “up to the minute” techniques and approaches from various resources. In addition, it is our expectation that our staff will make it their duty to serve each individual as a unique person and work to assist that person to achieve their own personal desired outcome.
